primary people you have shown on screen the ones associated with rudy guiliani. >> igor fruman and dougiates with rudy guiliani and now talk about rudy guiliani potentially being looked into by the southern district of new york, which is uncomfortable because he used to run the southern district of new york. how do you see rudy guiliani's -- or what do you see as his potential exposure? >> first, i read through the indictment. i agree with tom, while it's fairly lengthy, it doesn't layout the details. so we're scratching our heads. >> that indictment doesn't mention guiliani. he is not involved in that. however, there are relationships and story lines that the southern district of new york and as you point out rudy guiliani was the united states attorney for the southern district. but the point is they're going to look at it objectively and they want to see exactly what, if any, involvement he may have had in this, you know, the scheme enlisted in the indictment, eighth scheme to make significant political contribution, you know, to pro trump, a pro trump pac and then hide it and so on.
