doug, what is your take? >> well, i think that the report in and of itself was as jason characterized it a little bit of a mixed message. i've been concerned that the labor force participation being so far below pre-pandemic levels and interesting to see what it takes folks back to work. but if you roll back the clook a year, i think that it is a fair characterization to say most people thought that we'd get an initial v shaped recovery. there was concern that there would be a longer tail to get people back to work and people into new jobs usually remembering new training, trying to find the right employer which is cost li and time consuming. we may be seeing that now. we know quits are at an all-time high. and we have people who are not going back into the labor force. and so i think that it is worth continuing to look to that supply side in the months to come and see if by the fall when we get back to what we think will be normal, back to school, back to the regular operation of the economy, where we are on
