joining me nbc news correspondent for investigations tom winter and former federal prosecutor doug burns. tom, what happened today? >> so, katy, basically all the other people involved in this case are the two people that we have been speaking most about because they're the ones associated with rudy guiliani and they're people that rudy is their attorney or at least they are a client of rudy guiliani as he puts it. so we have been speaking a lot about that. there were two people indicted along with them. one is david correia you pointed out was arrested at new york's jfk airport, he was coming into jfk. we expect him to make a first appearance in federal court downtown in lower manhattan here this afternoon perhaps in the next hour or to. it's a cursory first appearance. tomorrow he will be the arraignment still unclear as to out players arraigned tomorrow, katy. at that time they'll enter their pleas of not guilty or guilty. we expect everybody to enter a not guilty plea. we expect igor fruman to be there. that's the mechanics if you will of the players that's involved and what's next i
