collins, news4. >>> well, now storm team 4 meteorologist doug kammerer is still in new orleans, still battling the storm that's just sitting there right now, right, doug? >> reporter: hello, everybody. not just still in new orleans, but they're still down here, too, as far as hurricane isaac is concerned, coming onshore, and eventually back over open waters and now just 6 on miles to the west of us. let's look at what's going on, the latest on isaac. once again a tropical storm with winds of 70 miles per hour moving to the northwest tomorrow, really more northerly. you can see what's happening here. this is the last 24 hours. one thing you notice for sure, this is an extremely slow-moving storm just literally sitting and continuing to produce very heavy wind, and a lot of rain. take a look. winds gusting upwards of 60 to 70 miles an hour over the last 24 hours, including a 74-mile-an-hour wind gust along lane pontchartrain, 76 miles an hour down around shelby, and 83-mile-an-hour winds down toward grand isle. i also heard maximum wind gusts reported 101 from this storm. how about the rainfall tota
