i'm meteorologist doug kammerer here in storm center 4. happy thanksgiving. a beautiful day on our thanksgiving. tomorrow is going to be just as nice, if not better. 54 degrees out there now. that's the current temperature. dew point only 36. no windchill to talk about. we are dealing with clear skies from philadelphia down to richmond. a few clouds through central portions of pennsylvania. they will pass us by to the north. under the clear skies, we are going cool off rapidly. the suburbs will be cooler than the city. inside the city, about 42. gaithersburg and montgomery county, 32 degrees. down around culpeper, 32 degrees. to the north and west, hagerstown and martinsburg with temperatures in the upper 20s. everybody is going to warm up nicely tomorrow into the mid-60s. tomorrow is going to be a spectacular afternoon. i think we have at least one more of those coming up during the day on saturday. high temperature saturday, about 64 degrees. high clouds saturday. that's it. sunday is the next best chance for rain. it will be late in the day. most of that c

doug kammerer joins us with a look at that destruction and the wake. doug? >> this is the same storm that came through our area yesterday. for us, we just saw rain. some of it heavy at times. to the south, it was different. temperatures climbed to 80 degrees. more of a spring-time scenario. this is a high school in northern portions of georgia that was damaged heavily by a tornado. fortunately, none of the students in the area were hurt. now, north carolina, where a house was destroyed. this is an area where 1,000 people were without power to the south of high point in north carolina. then down to the south, take a look at this video. these are actually workers and firemen looking for survivors after a tornado made its way through york county, south carolina. outside of charlotte. in this area, they were looking for survivors from six houses. six houses were destroyed. yesterday, 19 tornado reports in all. over the last 48 hours, 25 to 30 tornado reports. that storm system moves well out. we are not going to be dealing with this anytime soon. >> scary couple
