let's head in to doug kammerer with the latest. doug? >> these storms are ominous looking storms, too. you can see the storms are moving through the d.c. metro region, at least through downtown. we saw them come through a minute ago. storm team 4 radar showing where the strongest storms are. they move to the east rapidly now. the line of storms through maryland and back through portions of virginia around the fredericksburg region. this is the only severe warning we have in effect until 4:30 for berkley county, west virginia and jefferson county and a small portion of washington county and maryland. heads up, if you are in martinsburg, this storms making its way your way very, very quickly. a lot of lightning and heavy rainfall. closer to the metro region, montgomery county, you are seeing it now around the area. the mount airy region and howard county. right around laurel and chefrly and tuxedo, maryland. that's where this storm is coming through. when this came through, it got dark in a hurry. take a look at this. this is video from ou
