we're at 77 over in dover. almost 80 in ocean city. we're getting the wave heights coming down. at one point we had bowie reports waves pushing 14 pete offshore, now they have calmed down to about half that, 6 feet of wave height off of bridge city. a bigger cell moving across eastern shore that at one point was putting some pretty heavy rain across the northern part have the chesapeake bay. out a little wider here, show you what's goin' on. high pressure trying to push in out of the east. drier air is going to punch in tuesday, wednesday, tomorrow though i think this storm system, the boundaries are gonna kind of sting have stick around, mean the difference for a couple of pop-up showers. what you're seeing here, the trailing moisture, that is in behind what is left of bill, category 1 pounding the canadian maritime promises but no worries for us in that regard. again the wave heights out here off ocean city continue to go drop. we don't pick up much active weather here put you know a couple of pop-up showers toward virginia. could see a few of those around baltimore. into tues

temperatures 80 degrees in baltimore. 77 in easton. 81 degrees in york. 72 in dover, delaware.certainly feels hotter than that out there. we still have an heat index reading this because of all the humidity in the air. it feels like we're in the mid 80s in baltimore. it feels like 83 in easton. the satellite radar composite shows we have quite a bit of cloud cover out interest. a lot of it is hazy thin cloud cover. and it's still unsettled enough to be bringing us some thunderstorm activity. generally, that is due to the fact that we have a stalled out front along the coast, and that's creating some instability. and so the thunderstorms tend to form along that line and stick around and give us a chance of things of that nature. also, we have a bermuda high. that continues to pump that warm, moist air into our region. off to the west of us, though, we do have a nice ridge of high pressure. that as it comes into our region over the weekend will dry things out for us a little bit. so it's still going to be hot, but it's not going to feel quite as oppressive. here is the forecast o
