developer may have this argument as destined in the planning code the trshgs between ashbury and downey whaunt exceed one hundred and 35 degrees and is not a corner lot then it will be required to be a corner lot the developer provided the sketches that per port authority said said it was less than one hundred and 35 and thus claiming that was a corner lot, however, in may of this year, the planner for the project revealed in this project the angle exceed the one hundred and 35 feet it's grrng a hundred and 35 it can't be interpreted as a corner lot and june 2013 this was not given out so in my opinion and the opinion of other in the neighborhood the planning commission can deny this variance to send a clear message to the developers they'll not stlornt the dishonest are i wanted to point out just recycle the large point out the project on ashbury street the commissioners heard about in may this is moot blow to the block of ashbury burger if a short time the landscaping will be schangd dramatically by creating mega single-family dwellings that negatively impact the neighborhood and neighbors.
