now we just have slowing coming into downtown. and 101 north up towards 880 and continuing to the airport. those are the sloppy areas and also the areas with the most cars. we're watching for that effect. fremont coming down into the area, 880 moves smoothly with a live look but you see the misty conditions. the water kicking up as the cars drive along these rainy roads. even though it might be a little lighter where you are, you still have to get the wind shield wipers going because of that kicking up the secondary effect of the rain. looking a little farther out for 680 and 880 through the area. again, the blue indicating ponding and puddling. we have a new accident blocking one, two lanes around the bend out of sunol that will catch you by surprise. the earlier accident at 580 cleared about 25 minutes ago and now we have a big improvement coming out of livermore and heading over toward that dublin interchange. we'll give you a look at the bay bridge toll plaza because we talked about the power being out as far as the lights acr
