baltimore police were called to the park charles building downtown a little after 8:00 sunday morning after someone made a gruesome discovery. a body was found at the bottom of a trash chute for the second time in a little more than a year. another body was found in august of last year. according to police, the victim is 23-year-old emily howes. the letter sent to residents and posted near the trash chute -- the trash chute located on each floor of the building are ordinary. >> they are not that big. i don't see how a person could get in there in the first place. two times, the same thing, it is unnerving. >> accidentally? no, it is really small. and a pain to open up. it takes a lot of force to open up that door. >> and the man went down the chute into a trash compactor. investigators ruled his death an accident. she is a recent graduate. autopsy results are expected to be released on tuesday. >> she is from pennsylvania. a former classmate tell them last night in her honor. reporting live down town, wbal tv 11 news. >> a spike in crime brought residents and city leaders together to
