liz dahlem is live in downtown brooklyn now with more on that investigation. hi, liz. >> reporter: good evening to you. apparently this is a pretty popular after school hangout spot on flatbush and atlantic avenue. this is where everything broke out. i want to walk you through what happened. it was about this time yesterday afternoon in front of the burlington coat factory when this big fight broke out. the nypd was able to break it up and a group ran down flatbush avenue where another incident broke out. there's a noticeable police presence here one day after the incident took place. now detectives are trying to figure out whether or not this fight was planned on social media. this cell phone video captured part of the bloody brawl on flatbush avenue. you can see dozens of teenagers gathering around, some of them cheering each other on as they punch, kick and hit a teenager on the ground. >> i looked out the window. i saw the helicopter. i saw kids running up and down scattering all over the place. and a bunch of police. but it's an everyday occurrence. >> th
