downtown san jose. this is 23-year-old sean shams of petaluma. he was arrested wednesday evening near the san jose state campus where he had arranged to meet a child. sheriff deputies say shams admitted to trying to sexually assault and physically abuse a minor. they say his violent intent was evidence based on devices he had with him when he was arrested. >> the tools that he had, they were devices and items that were very explicit in nature that were only to be used for sexual and/or physical abuse of a child. >> the undercover agent created an online profile, acting as an 11-year-old child, posing as the child, establishing a relationship with shams, which then led to his arrest. >>> cal osha is now looking into a second workplace death in the south bay. it happened yesterday afternoon at the stevens creek quarry in the cupertino foothills. investigators say 49-year-old jose gonzalez of san jose was driving a tractor down a slight grade and it appears the brakes on the vehicle may have failed. cal osha spokesman says inspectors found no hazard
