downtown san francisco 53 and the sunset around 52. low to mid-50s all throughout the north bay, clear lake and san rafael along with vallejo, one of the cooler spots at 51. richmond 51, the coolest. low to mid-50s everybody else. stay in the low 50s the east bay valleys today. low 50s monterey bay and also inland. all of us dealing with increasing high clouds this afternoon. those high clouds will try to keep the temperatures up tonight. it will still be possible frost around livermore and morgan hill and fairfield. where i'm concerned though, look how radar shows up in the north bay with 32 santa rosa. so early tomorrow morning about this time if that moisture does make it down to the ground, it could freeze on contact so we could have light freezing rain around the north bay valleys. the reason why, this system's coming in. but when it does come in, it is going to lift the temperature a little bit so the temperature can get up before the rain reaches the ground. that's what i'm banking on. into the afternoon hours, you can see the high clouds on the increase. a small chance the north bay during the morning but look for more the afternoon when we get less than a
