the 3-year-old and her 14-year-old sister were playing outside their apartment complex near downtown san jose monday night when 26-year-old myra flores allegedly tried to lure jasmine away. the girls ran back in their home. moments later flores walked into their apartment and tried to kidnap the 3-year-old again. flores insisted that she was the child's mother. >> that's my baby. she tried to grab her, yeah. and my mom tried to stop her and then like the lady was pushing her and then after that they were like i called the police. >> flores took off when a neighbor showed up. police found her about a half hour later and arrested her. she is scheduled to appear in court this morning. >> update on ryan stow's recovery. the giants fan beaten back in march had emergency surgery this week to ease massive fluid build-up on his brain that caused a 30-second seizure. his doctors found and removed a mass they had not seen before. we spoke to a doctor who is tracking stow's progress through the family blog. he says there is no way for him to know exactly why stow had emergency surgery but fluid build-up
