speaking of, golamrabbi will be making his first appearance at the hall of justice in downtown san josecouple of hours. after the parents were found shot dead inside their san jose home over the weekend, a friend by the name of matthew kuci said hasib showed up at his home in tracy unannounced and confessed. he brought the brother food and water out of fear what he might do to his family. hasib stayed in a closet for nearly 24 hours and talked about how he shot his father in the back five times. the nonstop screaming attracted the attention of his mother. as soon as hasib left matthew called police and hasib was arrested. police didn't give a motive but sources tell us that hasib was the mastermind who coerced his younger brother into the killing. sources say hasib may have mental illness and struggling with sexual orientation. a psychologist says certain mental health conditions can come out when kids leave the home around the age of 18 to 22. >> and perhaps some kind of trauma happened to the older boy. they probably love each other, the two boys, and so, you know, i think that they c

we're live in downtown san jose.california is considering a new round of rules for the ridesharing industry. to make it safe and fair. some changes include inspections by a licensed shop. every 12 months or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first, by a licensed shop; maintain records on inspections; insurance and driver background checks that the state can review at any time. logos must on the front and rear. ridesharing companies would have to certify how they calculate fares and if a car is leased by the driver that contract would have to be longer than four months. as for driver training the public utilities commission doesn't have specific requirements and so you have one company having mandatory online videos while another will require drivers take online quizzes or listen to podcasts. as for fingerprints, uber and lyft have been fighting it saying it's an unfair burden on their drivers. the puc will revisit that topic in 60 days. today's meeting whats set for 9:30 this morning but has been postponed for two weeks.
