the riverloop public market cooperative in downtown waterloo shutting down. the city owns the building and is not renewing the lease that expired last month. the market failed to survive an iowa prosecutor is accused of sexually harassing employees and drinking during a trial. supervisors are now trying to remove the van buren county attorney abraham watkins. according to the petition, watkins made inappropriate comments about a co-worker's body and appeared drunk while prosecuting a trial. waterloo firefighters offer new technology that let's them respond to people quicker. kwwl's macleod hageman joins us live with it's called a knox box. it hooks on top of the door --- and holds a key to get inside. take a look. through a 20- thousand dollar grant -- the fire department was able to buy 134 of these boxes -- and they plan to give them to people who have trouble moving around. fire captain bill harter says it allows them to get to people in their homes -- without breaking down doors or windows. the river loop public market cooperative in waterloo has closed the downtown grocery and restaurant had been open for five years. it focused on local products, but had money issues. and its lease with the city considering several options for the building, but won't say what they include. renovations for the building came from the riverloop expo project, and included gambling revenue and a one million dollar state grant. a dubuque group is pitching in to help eastern iowa's flood victims. and a big donation is helping make moving back a little easier for flood victims. stay with tv9. "they'll be put out into the donations from a national company is helping fuel people across eastern iowa as they recover from the flood. nexterra which is affiliated with the duane arnold energy center in palo made a big donation to the red cross this morning. it gave 25-thousand dollars, along with snacks and drinks...and it'll be going to people recovering from the flood. the red cross started delivering these items this morning to flood victims all the way from charles city to southern cedar rapids. the

waterloo's levee system. democratic presidential candidate hillary clinton brought her campaign to the quad cities area today. she's speaking during a campaign stop in hampton, downtown cedar rapids this morning. it was part of an annual ride with mayor ron corbett and other city leaders. and back to school -- on labor college has classes today, while most students have the day ellis park in cedar rapids for the mayor's labor day bike ride. riders could then go on a two or eight mile ride throughout downtown and loop back to the northwest side. mayor ron corbett and other city officials rode along to talk with residents the city has worked on new bike lanes and stressed the importance of bike safety in recent years. mayor corbett say the city will continue to make roads safe for both bicyclist and motorists. 22:03 "we're going to continue with more bike lanes in the community, and we want to become a more bike friendly community, even more so than we are today. more and more people are riding their bikes each and every year so it's great to see." more than 360 people came out for today's ride. this week, girls in 3rd through program that provides a safe space to conn
