multi-funding approach, i've been hearing that also from the republican transportation leaders, you know, dpw chairman john peraza, what he is saying about a funding portfolio which includes vehicle travel charging people in trucks for the miles they travel. looking at public-private partnerships which is the minority leader in the house, kevin mccarthy. republican of california. he was again advocating for public-private partnerships last week. so, the republicans are going towards that end, and my sources on the hill say, when democrats take up an instructor bill, either at the end of this month, or sometime in june at committee, which it could be likely, is negotiations this month at the white house. a markup could happen sometime in late may or june, that the republicans again will push back on the gas tax, and you know -- and also, aside from funding, the democrats are likely to push for change provisions in an instructor bill, and that is an area of contention for republicans. but, not only the leadership, but sources are telling me that, they don't want an infrastructure bill to be a p
