we do have sometimes pressure washing from dpw. what i don't understand sometime system like what i did not see in this presentation is there is a lack of coordination between the corridor workers and power washing with tlc provides basic cleaning for our neighborhood. i did in the see in the present anticipation, part from the joint calls that happened weekly that is continuing and appreciate that i did in the see strategic way of figure out how to support each other. that is one. the other thing i found and i do spoke to the corridor workers on and off and finds out that there is power wash happening from dpw sometimes on the sidewalk of tenderloin but no cord nigz with the corridor workers the purwash happens on the sidewalk all the trash gets on the streets. and then the corridor workers have to go in on coming traffic to pick up the trash. this is one concern i have. i don't know why there is no coordination. the kingsed thing is i would request if there is a way it increase the customer dover workers time like to work in the

so we're working with dpw for approval that are coming through with these spaces so we can align with our processes and continue out reach with our permit holders about their next steps for the transition. we plan to give you more update on this on the 20th of december, along with a proposal for any special hearings that might be needed. we may be able to nannage these with regularly scheduled hearings. but we'll keep you posted here as we get informed projections around the volume of regular agenda applications. next update is around next year free program. this was a legislative program that began a year ago and it technically was said to end on october 31. but it was extended just recently to june 30, 2023, so just refresher on this one, this is a program that waved initial application and license fees for new businesses that were starting that were in the last year. so we were able to waive entertainment permit application and annual license fees for this program. amended ordinance also expands eligibility for businesses to increase the gross receipts for a business to qualify for
