dr. jennifer ashton.ome great news, let's start with that breakthrough in breast cancer treatment, a less toxic form of chemotherapy. they're calling it what a smart bomb drug. how does it work? >> and remarkable drug. this is a premiere cancer conference in the world, bianna, and the big news is, two new drugs, much more powerful, much less damaging to the rest of the body, so to start with the breast cancer drug, this is a class called adc or antibody drug complex, this particular drug is called called t-dm 1, it's like a heat-seeking missile with a toxic payload travels all over the body until it meets the cancer cell and then lets off a massively toxic dose to kill off the cancer without damaging the rest of the body. now, this isn't for all type of now, this is particularly for women who have the hr2 positive type of cancer. in clinical trials now. maybe more available by next year. and the findings presented at this sheeting show that it works better and it appears to extend survival. it's becoming
