dr. carr. perhaps you covered this earlier.s the accreditation of the examiner's office ever been a concern bell or in jeopardy? >> it has been continuous, to my understanding, for over 20 years. it is only reason seat -- recently, during the last accreditation, that we had the issue regarding the facility and were told that if we did not seek a suitable replacement, we would lose accreditation. supervisor mirkarimi: how does a warning like that come to be? does that, in a visit by the state or national authorities? is it a three month warning? of one year morning? describe what it looks like. >> the actual inspection is a plan to inspection by the national association of medical examiner inspector. it is a rather extensive process. the physical plant is only one part of it. at the end of the inspection they write a written report, which is provided to the jurisdiction, a summary of their findings. the main deficiency that was found for our office in the last inspection was the physical plant. at that time we were still able to

dr. erin carr jordan.that's how we described it, but can you give us more detail of what you have found in these playlands? >> sure. i think a better word would be dangerous. what we found is absolutely alarming. we found stuff that can cause meningitis, sepsis, skin infections, eye infections, ear infections, ab accesses, stuff that can make children very, very sick in addition to broken equipment and equipment that's in disrepair like broken second story windows and screws missing from high, elevated planks and large cracks in slides that could cause a wound. so across the board these are very, very dangerous for children on many levels. jenna: so you went from being a concerned mom at this one playland to now going around to 50 different playlands in different astronauts and test -- restaurants and testing? how did you go from being a concerned mom one day to making this a little bit of a mission of yours? >> it has been, definitely, it's become a mission. um, you know, i did the things that a normal pa
