jenna: how concerned, are you dr. chuckn in your practice, you deal with a lot of children as well? for example, even a statistic stated one in 10 americans, had to offer disclaimer one in 10 americans over the age of 12 because teenagers are taking a lot of antidepressants according to what we're seeing here anecdotally. how do you feel about that as someone who is trying to help people? are antidepressants helpful, number one, and number two how do you determine who gets them? >> well jenna, first let me do an ethics check and say, yes as my colleague can attest to for people who can use it and physiological and pharmacological effects can work together. therefore there are minimal side-effect, they feel better upbeat positive things turn around. it's a good thing. it can work. the problem is it is a 11 billion-dollar a year business. make no mistake about it. this is also about making money for big pharmaceutical companies. they're pushing on primary care physicians. they give them little trinkets. have them travel aroun

so, my primary recommendation is to support what you've heard from dr. chuck wexler today and i thank you for your time. >> thank you so much, mr. smith. and we're now going to turn to questions from the panel. we're going to started out with sue rohr followed by tracy mears. >> thank you. sacramento sounds lucky. good cooperation. actually, my question is for chief mcguy. i have two questions. one, could you tell us a little more about the disciplinary review committee and how that works? that sounds pretty interesting. >> the committee meets quarterlily and reviews -- we have lbobr bill of rights in the state of maryland. there's a set process for discipline action. but lesser offenses and oon things that go to disciplinary board, making sure that -- so they look at what's happened over the last three months. making sure that there's equity between what you got for discipline for an action and i did the same thing and i was -- i got less than you did. it's about keeping -- it's equal across the board for everyone. it's made up of fop members from their staff

here to weigh in on this is our psychologist dr. chuck williams.d, the family has been through so much. what do you make of this? why do you think this is happening in such a similar situation, circumstance as her mother? >> right. it's eerie when i got the phone call from one of your producers the other day. i almost didn't believe it. face down in a bath tub in the exact same way that her mother was found and passed away almost three years ago two weeks from now. it's just very eerie and very creepy. it's hard to deal with these issues, just as people ordinary, everyday, average people. but imagine being the daughter of a very, very famous mother whose life and death was sort of captured in front of tv screens and movie screens and cameras. this is something that has caused a lot of pressure, i would imagine on bobbi kristina brown making it very difficult for her to mourn and to go through some of the stages of grief because people have different opinions about the death of whitney houston. some people are going to say to bobbi kristina brown ma
