dr. girardeau. i appreciate the time you've given us today. thanks again. >> you're welcome. >> and that is it for this episode. we'll be back with more pandemic-related information shortly. thank for watching. >> hi. i'm chris mathers with channel 19, and you're watching coping with covid-19. today, i'm going to be talking about exercising during the pandemic. first, i'm going to tell you what i've been doing, and then i'm going to be checking in with some friends and family. i've been riding my bike. all i take is a pair of gloves and a mask if i come into contact with anyone. i try to ride my bike during the time i'm sheltering in place. i try to ride for at least 30 minutes. surfing is my other regular outdoor activity. california state guidelines recommend you don't drive more than ten minutes for a spot to exercise, and although i'm close to ocean beach, i'm a bit wary to go there, so i'm using the time to do some maintenance. filling in gouges and dings, and sanding it down. i'm also repairing holes in my suit. fellow sfgovtv producer c
