we've been talking about getting healthy, all these wonderful things, i see dr. jena new year. well now the doctors at northwestern university, they'veen 32 facial exercises, they're calling it and say you can do it on your couch without breaking a sweat and have them for 20 weeks and checked before and after pictures and these doctors at northwestern determined that the ladies look roughly three years younger this. is equal opportunity, by the way. yeah.
