dr. john torres is live now outside the jersey city medical center. that is where the victims have been taken for treatment after this crash. dr. john torres, i understand you have been briefed by some of the officials there. what can you tell us? >> the spokesman just came out and gave us an update, and what he's telling us is a total of 66 patients were seen here. that makes sense because this is the highest level trauma area near where the accident occurred. they saw 66 of what they call walking wounded. these were people that could walk in or with some assistance get inside. they were treated in the cafeteria. 13 patients were treated in the emergency room. those were the ones with the most serious conditions. the 63 that were treated, they've been sent home, the hospital has resumed normal operations. the 13 that are still here, they're called guarded condition. not quite critical, they're a level below that, so even though they're below the critical level, they're still not out of the woods. hopefully tomorrow we'll get an update on their conditi
