dr. kim hammond. >> this is a shetland sheep dog or a sheltie. they are similar to colies.y are a herding breed. this is dillon. he is actually a rescue. >> is he full grown? >> yes. this is as big as he's going to get. puppy face forever. >> like a collie? >> they tend to be more laid back than collies. they do tend to herd children. >> question here. we heard we can use baby lotion on our dog to help with flakey skin. >> i would not recommend that. human skin and dog skin is very different. there is a different p.h. balance to it. using human sham shampoos and lotions can cause moy trouble. you can get greasy skin and give them dermatitis or an infection and they can have a reaction to the infection. what i would recommend is adding some fish oils or omega 3 fatty acids to the food every night or every morning. you will be amazed. >> give it ai shot. see what happens. >> i a cat who has been an indoor-outdoor cat. should i allow him out? >> i would keep him in. cats can be very smart, but they did also be skiddish, so if they are not used to traffic patterns or the neighb

dr. kim hammond joins us. >> coming up, how to get your hands on celebrity gems for less. >> freezing rainnd ice. that's the insta-weather plus forecast. stick around. >> take a look at our radar. we are seeing snow up in pennsylvania. to our north, we slide down here and that reaches all the way into massachusetts. snow in new jersey, southern connecticut. along i-95 route where some folks are prop probably driving to foxborough today. baltimore is in a gap. around the baltimore area, no radar echos. there is still drizzle out there. the radar does not pick up the drizzle. because our temperatures are still a little below freezing, that drizzle will hit something cold and freeze and make an ice or add to the ice. there is going to be slippery stuff out there. we're getting a mix of freezing drizzle and rain. we are seeing just rain. the trend is to go toward the freezing drizzle. 1 to 2 inches around pal city. of course we have this ice on it. temperatures have come up a couple of degrees. probably most of the area is below freezing. still right at the freezing point. annapolis and east q
