dr. kristan stoddart. he comes to us from the university of wales where he is a teacher and researcher in the department of international politics. in 2012 he was appointed lecturer in cybersecurity, and in 2014 he was made senior lecturer. he's also deputy director of the center for intelligence and international security studies. he's a member of the project on nuclear issues run by center for strategic and international studies out of washington, d.c., a fellow of the higher education academy and a fellow of the royal historical society. he's spoken at a wide number of conferences nationally and internationally, and for various forms of media including the bbc. dr. stoddard is the author or co-author of four books -- four, really? overachiever, all right.
