dr. waggoner and then mr. williams. >> so, chairman, i would answer it that right now we do have a level of integration. so as for public aircraft, they're flying every day. we're, you know, nasa does research, but we're also users. we have unmanned aircraft. so, for civil applications, we're working very closely with the faa and rtca 220-a to verify and validate these key technology barriers, sense and avoid, the radio communications, the displays for the ground control stations, to allow the faa to determine these minimum operational performance standards. >> mr. williams, when might we expect the faa to propose some rules? >> well, the faa is working closely with our administration partners in the rule-making process. and we're doing everything we can to get that small unmanned aircraft rule out. but our main focus is to get it right. we -- the rule-making process is deliberative. >> i understand. when do you think you might get that out? >> i -- at this point, i can't give you a firm deadline. we're still
