dr. wilson says he will communicate with the students immediately to help with those parking concerns. >>d hear from the national weather service this afternoon regarding the storm damage from last night and they have decided that they need to do more investigation. what do you do in the overnight hours when the storms popup menu are completely unaware. one thing that you can use is a weather radio. when an alert is issued, this goes on automatically and sounds an alarm. it is good to have a weather radio in your house said that in the overnight hours, if something dangers comes your way, this will alert you with one of those radios. temperatures were still quite mild in the wake of that storm. some cooler air is on the way. 62 degrees at the inner harbor. the normal high is only 56. the chill will start to settle in tomorrow afternoon. the wind has been testing at the airport. a wind gust of 46 miles per hour. you can see the wind is beginning to diminish. temperatures are still mild. in the 50's all-around baltimore, as you head up towards hagerstown and low 40's said mchenry and frost

dr. wilson says that he will communicate immediately to correct the problem. >> a new report reveals preterm births rates has improved in most states which includes maryland. 8 states and a better grade. this is a 13% preterm birthrate. maryland went from and ask to a deep. that is the overall trend. survival rates have also gone up. >> they had a 50% complication rate as things went on and developmental problems. now that baby has a 90%-95% survival rate. >> preterm births is the leading cause of a newborn deaths. a study suggest that males who drink heavily during adolescence are prone to compulsive behavior over time. 500 boys retract over 20 years and there was a significant increase when they had drank heavily the previous year. alcohol can prevent development of the prefrontal cortex where decisionmaking and behavior control reside. those that stop heavy drinking were able to improve their self control over time. some good news about bally fat. some day, it might help your heart. fat cells liposuction from a patient's stomach can be infused in the heart to repair damage from a heart at

dr jerry, how's the traffic? >> south of town, the oute loop in the local lanes at the wilson bridge, broken down trucks for a whilew, it is dry day, everybody, november 12th. we're going to try to put up a christmas tree behind us today. >> first of all, it is -- we said novemr 12th, the tree is being hoisted. it is a norway spruce from mapac. >> that's where glen lives. where glen who gave pilates in our -- >> she lives in maopac. >> this is a 70-foot tree that we're looking at, the property of peteraction. this is a poignant story because apparently they went knocking on his door on september 11th of this past year and he was a firefighter in 9/11 and they told him he was one of the finalists to have his christmas tree in rockefeller center. >> he was one of the first there on september 11th on the scene when ithappened. so kudos to his whole family. it seems it is way too early, though. the lighting is on november 30th and we have a lot to do before that. >> i went by brooks brothers or whatever something. and there are wreaths already. the windows are already done. >> did i miss thanksgiving? has that happened
