with us now is democrat fentrice driscoll , minority leader in the florida house of representatives. with us in washington, d.c., president of reproductive freedom for all. this was quite a week in florida. and, how do you assess the, i guess the conversation around abortion, ivf now in light of what we see the courts having done in florida? i think a lot of people, quite honestly would have thought it's florida, this issue is not going to get on the ballot, voters won't have a say here, the court said no. this issue should be part of the conversation. you still have the before times, where you have this limit, the six week limit. >> it was a definite decision by the court. on one hand, they are like we are going to let the six week can go through, which is a reminder before most people know they are pregnant. it is extreme, it is basically a total abortion ban but we are going to split the difference here and make sure people get to vote. what i will say is taking a step back, abortion rights activists in the state of florida have been working on this initiative for over a year and

a liter driscoll. thank you so much for being with us first, i want to get your immediate reaction to the state supreme court triggering this ban on abortions after six weeks what do you think it means for women in florida >> well, women in florida are like me. we're now living in a time where we may have had fewer rights than our mothers had when they were of childbearing age. and a six-week ban is as close as you can get to an outright ban. most of them in one i know that they're pregnant at six weeks. and so florida republicans took this too far. the good news is that the people are paying attention and that most americans and most floridians believe in safe access to legal abortions. and so we do have that on our side as we head to the ballot box in november representative, i just want to commend you for keeping your focus. is that train horn was sounding in the background. i hope that was a train that was quite loud. i appreciate your focus. i do want to ask you about remember i want to ask you ab

>> sure, commissioner driscoll asked that. and we need to crunch that data. our zero ambition is plan wide. but also is coincidence, technology and even china, we're naturally going to be under way energy. so our carbon footprint is really how we design our portfolio and we have taken specific steps to work with couple of strategies that themselves are low carbon. and anecdotely, i know it hurt us, but over the longer run it hasn't, but we'll come back with you with some specific data there or about. i think it's been added to the energy but not in this particular period in 2022. >> thank you, i appreciate that. the two component that i'm concerned about is first if there is a side affect, so you've got to go light somewhere or if this was intentionally. >> it's a good question. it's a combination of both, we're intentionally over weight, which is we're going to over weight in industry and energy. but couple providers that intentionally have a carbon footprint that is lower than our benchmark. so it's a combination of where we've chosen to lean and to in inte
