news out of san francisco, fire crews are on the scene near waller street near the neighborhood of dubois park. claudine was on the scene minutes ago, claudine, what can you tell us? >> reporter: you can see the fire department is here checking out the situation and the water-main break is up the street but you can see the water rushing down this hill and is making a pretty big mess. i am going to walk you down because i want to show you where all of this water is ending up because that is causing a problem and this is scott street. you can see a lot of these cars are stuck in the water and from what we can tell, they are not going into their homes. i did talk to the water department and they tell me in 10 minutes they expect this water flow to stop because they are going around to different valves and trying to shut everything down. this is a 6-inch water-main which affects water service and they said repairs to get it fixed are going to take all day. or much of the day at this point. there is a question of if this has happened before. take a look again. with these cars, it's important t
