san mateo and dunbarton bridge traffic has been light getting to the foggy peninsula.see for yourself traffic is a little bit light on the bridges. southbound 880 from 238 there was an accident near tennyson road. the silicon valley is commuting slowly near 217. let's bring in steve paulson with today's weather. >>> up above we are looking good but below we have fog. i see a lot of fog from the san rafael camera but up above we have higher clouds. on wednesday we never cleared at all but yesterday there was a little bit later. today it will be happening sooner but before we get there the fog is pulling into a foggy forecast. the arctic front is one for the books. the dividing line between really cold and very warm as much as 45 degrees spread as the ark took front moves through. these are the windchills. 63 warm degrees in washington dc. chicago 27, eight below in minneapolis, 19 below in omaha. the rain and then the freezing rain and snow. i would say travel plans, if you have to go to toronto or cincinnati, it could be really tough as the arctic front slides through.
