the damage we're talking about in dundalk happened early yesterday evening. you can see this huge tarp covered an apartment building. the wind was so strong. it tore part of the roof off of two of the buildings at four seasons court. we are not sure the exact family member count at this point. we do know the red cross is assisting several families, trying to find temporary housing. the strong storms toppled trees and downed power lines. about 2500 b.g.e. customers are still without power this morning. crews are trying to get power back on. in the halethorpe area, eight residents were displaced. red cross is helping out residents in that area. there was one woman we spoke with last night, the rain came down to have become it affected her ceiling. the installation went all over the bedroom. folks will spend today cleaning up. if you did not get the worst of the damage, you will see trees down. a lot of debris to clear up this morning. reporting live, jennifer franciotti, wbal-tv 11 news. >> thank you. 70 degrees on tv hill. >> another downed tree affecting the

there was another incident in dundalk when someone spray painted the lens on a speed camera. then of course you have what happened yesterday. a speed camera vehicle parked on 295 near the bwi exit was vandalized. police say a man walked out of the woods with a hammer and a shotgun and tapped the back of the window with the shotgun. the operator of the speed camera inside the jeep began to blow the horn. that's when the man came to the front of the jeep and smashed the windshield with a hammer. he then ran back into the woods. it sparked a massive search in the area. police shut down 295 in both directions for hours. but they never found the man. the state began using the speed cameras after they approved them in 209. nance -- 2009. state senator nancy jake sobs believed it -- jacobs believed it was about raising movie. >> we -- money. >> we said this is all there is. you are not wanting to protect people's lives it's so you can make money. >> reporter: now again police have not found the man behind yesterday's attack on that speed camera vehicle on 295. the man is described a
