stephen dunlap regarding and ukiah. i can't remember who told me but it's there. should end soon. 40s and 50s. cooler this morning. there it is, san ramon, 49. lafayette, 49. mid-50s for pittsburg and brentwood. chilly. the clouds cover heading north, except for a few high clouds. we have a lot of fog. i should not say a lot. mostly sunny, highs in the 50s. let's see if there is any more rain. a huge problem on 880 and i think it's still an issue here. >> the damage is done. they've opened all the lanes. southbound 880 is still slow outs of oakland heading down to san leandro, southbound 880 at davis. they moved the cars to the shoulder but they are still there. traffic is getting a little better but not much. it's going to take a bit for this to unwind. now that the lanes are open, you'll see some improvement. we'll keep an eye open. you can see all the red sensors in the area. i would use eastbound 580 as an alternate route. and 580 is going to be slow this morning, although it's not as bad. we have slow traffic on the altamonte pass. when you get to the bay bri
