dramatic water rescue attempt in dunn dog. young man pulled out of the water after under for several minutes. >> we are live on the scene. what can you tell us at this time? >>reporter: well we understand the young victim was out here swimming with some friends not far from this pier here behind me. he suddenly started struggling to stay afloat. now amazingly when divers pulled him from the water they felt a face pulse even after 15 minutes of being under water. so neighbors were hoping he would have a chance. some witnesses say he was even spitting up water as carried off in the ambulance. the young man is in his early 20's. he had been swimming about 20 feet off the pier when he suddenly started having trouble breathing. young girl in the water with him said he was foaming at the mouth and eyes losing focus. he may have suffered a seizure moments before going under. >> he was swimming then he said help and he went under. he couldn't do anything. and then i tried to get up to call the police and woman jumped in and man and sh
