. >> rodney dunnigan is live with more. >> reporter: laughing matter. she had some serious injuries following the explosion and says it never should have happened. >> i flushed the toilet and took one step and it blew out. pieces of shrapnel were flying around. the first thing you do is close your eyes turn around and duck. >> reporter: she described for elementary exploded and at the time she was a librarian at the school. according to the lawsuit filed the city was working on the school water lines that day and somehow the pressure built up and led to the side of the toilet blowing out. the city should take responsibility. >> everyone was running toward me and i said i'm okay but i turned around and there were these blood drops on the floor. serious. a piece of porcelain got stuck inside her like it got infected. she's doing better now. she said she is finally -- filing the lawsuit hopes this is not happen to anyone else. the city is not making any comments on the pending lawsuit. >>> pinellas county deputies need help tracking down a man they say use
