we're down in dupont circle. everyone is in full spring mode which includes eating outside, leaving work early. it's a beautiful day and this is the second day in a row that we've been so warm. yes, it's normal commuting time, we've been out here for a little bit and observing everyone who's been sfeng the afternoon outdoors. people maybe just hanging out in the circle there or like i said dining outside. i know there were no records officially at reagan, but the thermometer that weal here in dupont circle still 80 degrees. it was actually 82 when we got here just before 5:00. temperatures in the 80s. it's been absolutely gorgeous. fun for us to be outside too. everyone that we've spoken to cannot believe this weather. it's just ideal, because it's warm but not too hot. and it's pretty amazing that it's this warm in early march. more warm weather on the way for tomorrow and we'll see how long it sticks around. but for now we'll send it back inside and sue will have to 7-day forecast coming up in just a bit. >> we

his body was found in november in a hotel in dupont circle and the thought was at the time that he had heart attack. an autopsy was conducted but the a -- results were not announced until this week. they're looking into what happened here. we've been told that surveillance video from the hotel shows he was disheveled when he came back to the hotel the night he died. so that raises the possibility that these injuries were suffered before he got to the hotel and investigators also say that he had been drinking heavily. they said that at the time as well. but they don't know whether, in fact, it was a homicide, whether he got in a fight or something outside the hotel. there's no sign of forced no sign anyone else came to the room. so it's a bit of a mystery. the russians have said they want to know more about this but the state department said they have been trying to coordinate information between the police and the russians and to keep the russians informed. one thing about this, the fbi is not investigating this. it's entirely in the hands of metro pd which i think tells you something
