and it was a precedent that fortunately hasn't been -- we haven't had to use often, but dwight d. eisenhower, of course used that rest department in sending troops to little -- that precedent in sending troops to little rock, arkansas, to enforce the supreme court decision on school segregation. >> and now the ceo is, in turn enforcing the time limits.
