>> dylan casey, and i'm here to testify in favor of this proposal. it's a modest proposal that would actually increase the amount of units on the site. and specifically, i wanted to speak to the adu issue. the -- the planning administrator here came up with a sort of solution that works with both state and the city's adu laws, and we -- i think that solution is fine, and we support it. and further, i think -- i think the city should consider allowing adu's in proposed developments, as well. the state law mentions both proposed and existing developments, so for future cases, i think the city should update its code to reflect the state laws. and on the demolition permit issue, i think most of the points have been covered, but i think the purpose of that statute is to prevent the loss of dwelling units and here, we're actually increasing dwelling units, so it would be a shame to hold up this project even more when it would go against the purpose of that regulation. thank you. >> i have a question, sir. so i'm sorry, your position is? who do you work for
