right now, within the pg&e potential big up the, the cpuc and only say it is closely monitoring pg&e,eadership, financial status, and legal filings. and saying the cpuc is prepared to respond as appropriate. the commission as both an administrative agency as a court. the 2015 commissioners voted to investigate safety at the corporate culture of pg&e after a five-year strength of safety problems including the explosion in san bruno that left eight dead and injured dozens more. last year, was found pg&e needed to do more to ensure safety of the public, employees , and contractors. the commission approved the pg&e rate increase and once again, the focus is shifting to the government body as to how it will handle a potentially bankrupt utility. the cpuc has a threaded $50 million budget and of that more than $193 million is the post to be used to regulate utilities. the commissions annual report for this past year is due to the governor by february 1. and it, 2 investigates will look to see if the cpuc is holding utilities accountable. we will be watching this, so if you have any tips for
