his investigate this weekend, finding no collusion between the president and russia let's bring in eamons for the latest details >> reporter: good morning, jon a whole lot of reaction to a report that really nobody has actually seen outside the department of justice at this point. remember, the mueller report was sent to the department of justice, to the attorney general's office on friday the attorney general put out a letter summarizing principal conclusions yesterday, and that's what's driven the reaction we've seen through the day. i talked to sarah huckabee sanders and asked her when the white house expects to read the mueller report she said she wasn't sure when that's coming over, not clear whether the white house counsel's office will ask for a copy of the mueller report today or some point this week, but not clear when the white house will see it the president's legal team tells me that they don't expect to see this until ultimately it is released to the public, when that might happen, barr suggested in the letter that he will go through the material as carefully as he can and u

eamon javers with the details. >> reporter: yeah, just an update from here at the white house.at the white house told me a short time ago that negotiations are ongoing about a trump/xi jinping summit meeting, a lot of speculation about whether that would happen at mar-a-lago this month or not. nothing has been cancelled but nothing has been scheduled either i also talked to a senior administration official who said that the negotiations are going line by line through a written agreement that officials are debating back and forth between the u.s. and the chinese side. that is taking longer than expected the official rejected, though, speculation that it's taking longer than expected because the chinese feel they have the upper hand in the wake of north korea in that the president would be more eager for a deal. in fact this official said that the chinese are worried that the president might walk away. the official said you don't want to send xi to mar-a-lago and have trump walk away that would be a diplomatic catastrophe, so that's why you have to have the line-by-line edits. wh

we have some breaking news to eamon jarvis on google. >> meeting between president trump and the ceor pichai president just tweeted out, just met with sundar pichai, ceo of go google who is obviously doing quite well he stated strongly that he is totally committed to the u.s. military not the chinese military he is the ceo of google not the president of google as the president tweeted. also discussed political fairness and various things that google can do for our country. working with the chinese government, sundar pichai was in town, met with the marine general, chairman of the joint chiefs over at the pentagon. cnbc's.com amanda mavis has been covering that aspect of the ceo's visit today. in effect, suggesting that the company, by working with chinese entities and chinese government was helping the chinese government advance technologic l technologically, arguing that's not a good thing for the president of the united states the president layering on to that a political argument here, conservatives have alleged in washington that google and some of the other technology companies,

are at the white house for the first meeting of the president's advisory board on workforce issues eamon javers is there watching the situation for you. >> reporter: yeah, that's right. the ceos are here in the white house now taking part in a multihour program here designed to get to some answers on workforce issues related to job training and apprenticeship. this is one of the hot-button issues for ivanka trump, but the president will also be in the session. you see a list there some of the top ceos in the room including tim cook and a host of others. also some university officials here some union officials in the room as well for this event tim cook of apple has been speaking in the audio portion that we can hear but not see of this event he's been talking a little bit about how apple approaches workforce training issues and suggesting that art fibl intelligeninte official intelligence is in tee hand and they have an internal training program to train people up on the sets of skills that they need and he is looking forward with talking to everybody else in the room to get their ideas

eamon javers is tracking all the news and action from the white house. >> reporter: that's right. looks like we move into a post-mueller political washington here. the democrats on capitol hill are demanding to see the full mueller report by april 2nd. they want doj to turn over an unredacted version of that that certain hill leaders are entitled to see. that fight continues to play out. meanwhile, both parties turn to other fights in washington, particularly health care and this issue of the border wall, where the pentagon reprogrammed a billion dollars expected to go elsewhere towards some border fence construction on the southern border. also, on health care, we're seeing trump department of justice weighing in now and arguing that the obamacare law itself is unconstitutional and should be struck down now that the individual mandate has been removed. that raises a big question about what happens to all the people who depend on certain aspects of obamacare, that remain as of right now. that is a political fight that republicans seem to be relishing. the president, as you say, up
