and inland east bay locations, just like that, they're all ready mostly gone. efore the sun comes up tomorrow morning the south bay definitely has the best chance of rain over all, around san jose, a roughly 50/50 chance of rain late this evening and early on friday morning. but most of it will be gone before the sun comes up. for the city, rain chances peak at 20%. which means it's not likely to rain in locations other than the south bay. looking outside right now. a nice view to the east. the sun is illuminating clouds over the east bay, temperatures and a mix of 50s and 60s. oakland warmed to 65 degrees. a burst there. otherwise we're talking mostly around 60. within a degree or two on either side. temperatures in the upper 40s. and low 50s. about where we started this morning. tomorrow's temperatures, a degree or two warmer than today, but still at best around what's normal for early april. most spots one, two, three degrees below average, for the south bay, mid to upper 60s in most locations along the coast, upper 50s. you're used to that weather pattern. f

start with neighborhood temperatures in the east bay where we're around 53 to 55 degrees and exception oakland under a blanket of cloud cover and a little bit of fog around pacifica and half moon bay and 50 degrees there. most of us in the low to mid 50s and grab a jacket before you head out. brentwood the warm spots and napa the coolest spots. here's a look at emeryville looking north there along 80 and pretty cloudy and not foggy. just limited areas of fog. that is my only concern for your commute weather wise as the breezes will be much slower on our bridges today. take a look at some of our neighborhoods and you can see the east bay valleys jumping from 56 and 63 at 9:00 to look at the low to mid 70s in the afternoon hours. high clouds and sunshine at about 77:00. 67 with sunshine at 7:00 and low to even mid 70 coming up and as you head towards 7:00, 64 there. in our last stop, how about we go to the peninsula where definitely more sunshine than yesterday and low 70s during the afternoon hours. i want to talk about traffic and who do i turn to? hi, jobina. >> oh, i love that. well,
