beauty shot that we have for you of the east bay shoreline in some colors, ation off towards the distance. we had a little visit by some of the fog this morning helped praying down some of the temperatures a little bit across the bay. now, the sign that you're used to seeing the excessive heat there it is covering everybody. technically not san francisco, but the heat advisories for the east bay shoreline, coupled with the fact for those higher elevations, we still have a red flag warning. now, while when you get up about 5,000 feet or so in the atmosphere, it's actually very warm. so this marine layer doesn't get up that high. we still have the blocking maneuver in place. the high pressure going. it's thing looks like the next several days. here's a quick look at those temperatures 50's up north got some 60's as well. and 74 for antioch. and that is well below where our numbers were this time from yesterday. so getting a little bit of progress, at least in the early part of the day. but that will be raised very quickly. 84 at 10 while getting credit by 1 o'clock was going on with traffic

it's still here east bay shoreline, as you can see. >> check san jose state.aking, overcast skies for now, but that will improve in the next hour or so. temperature check for you. 67 antioch, 59 livermore, east bay shoreline, lower 60's and up north. got some 50's and hand. expect a lot of movement here with all of fog interfering in the cloud cover. but again, that's peeling away. we might have some sprinkles or drizzle going on along the coast in some spots are patches of little drizzle and maybe even in san francisco. but most of the bay should open up maybe sharing the skies with a few scattered clouds and all. but they'll be just some problem areas around san francisco, golden gate bridge, sometimes that somewhat typical here comes back again, quite thick and again, peels away for tomorrow. but some problem areas remain into the afternoon. after that point middle of the week. that's when things start to move and temperatures start climbing. in the meantime, yes, onshore winds and all the sensitive areas. you're going to feel what the teens and lower 20's.

you're not in the heat advisory longer east bay shoreline. you're getting some relief with some of this ground fog at first, however, there it is. yes, looks as if he'd all the way till the middle of next week. we also have that fire concern with the red flag warning for those higher elevations. you see them in the santa cruz mountains, north bay hills, also in the east bay as well. now we are getting again that marine layer that helps spill into the lower levels that keeps bit more humid or keep those dew points. a little been looking at them all week. and they've been holding in the east bay, at least in the upper 40's lower 50's, which is not we see during offshore wind events. so that's good news. 60's covering a good chunk of the bay right now. still some 50's hanging on there a little bit. santa rosa, san francisco with a mild warm 75 for any act. but that is still trailing this time from yesterday will close that gap for the next few hours. the breakdown today about 90 by 11 and it gets crowded in the afternoon about 105, by 2 o'clock.
