i'd say 90% of us, 95% of us are rain-free, but we have this cluster of showers hugging the east coast of miami-dade county. it already affected places like downtown, as well as coconut grove. now it's moving to the north, at north miami beach and soon it will enter areas like aventura in just a few minutes. just showers right now, no thunder or lightning. but locally heavy downpours in spots. a front is expected to near south florida tomorrow, possibly strong to severe storms. so we've been alerting you about this for days now. and now the storm prediction center in norman, oklahoma, is giving the highest chances of weather in northern florida tomorrow. there's a margin chance of se vee weather that extends as far as you can see in broward county and maybe the northwestern-most this means we'll have to be on the lookout tomorrow for a possibility of these strong storms with strong, gusty winds, as well as, yes, the slight risk of a tornado. tomorrow, especially after 3:00 p.m. and into the evening, cooler and drier weather will follow by the end of this week. 77 right now in miami. ft. lauderd
