and then they'll shift east of i-75 during the afternoon. one of those things where, as you get toward, say, the evening commute, most of the activity will be along i-95. winds of 35 miles per hour. again, there's not much left to the tropical depression but what's left is likely to just hang around for the next few forecast track, it's just a big circle, not going to do much the next few days but there's not much to it in general. ian is gone. not gone yet. it's still out in the north atlantic but what we're watching now is the new tropical depression. i know it barely got off the coast of africa and it achieved the spin. 35-mile-per-hour winds and here is tropical depression number 12. now, td12 will likely become tropical storm karl. few days from now as it does struggle with some drier air for a few days and then starts to get its act together as it approaches the islands sometime by the middle of next week. so it's thursday. next tuesday, it's still not to the islands yet. that's how far away it is. plenty of time to keep an eye on that.
