at the schuylkill expressway, 76 commute eastbound making your way toward university. we do have accident situation it is on the shoulder, the roads wide open, but you will slow down in this area if this is where you are headed, any sort of activity usually causes somewhat after gaper delay. so something to be minds full of. let's talk about construction vine street expressway. take a look at this waiting line. >> this would be the westbound side of the vine. it is closed after broad street. so that means you can still exit at the broad street ramp. but take a look at the delay that this is causing. if you are trying get into center city, traveling on 95, i would definitely suggest maybe taking callowhill, or spring garden maybe. because right now traveling on the vine street expressway at least until 5:00 a.m. you only have about 15, 20 minutes, give or take or so left of the construction, but again, broad street to 15th, jfk to 39th street. do you have few options in and around the area. again coming from 95, callowhill best bet, no delays for mass transit. ukee? >>
