the eastbound lanes are being worked on for construction. so westbound you will find a left lane closure. let's look at the pennsylvania turnpike. that's from an earlier incident. there isn't any crash there right now. and there is some overnight construction, but your drive times don't reflect any issues. about 22 minutes to go between route one and the exit for valley forge. if you're going northbound between 295 and things are looking good. we'll take a look at some bridge construction for people in delaware that may be affecting you. >>> following breaking news from overseas. this is in south korea. a facility met for healing turned into a death trap. a hospital fire killed at least 31 people and injured more than 70 others. firefighters evacuated hundreds of people. the fire started on the first floor of this hospital and race to other parts of the building. the cause remains under investigation. >>> developing this morning, usa gymnastics must make changes or face serious consequences. that's the word from the u.s. olympics committee.
