eastbound towards 95 and everybody is kind of just slowly creeping along. that's what you have to do but you still need to maintain enough momentum to make it up hills and suchowly you'll not going to be able to make it up the hills. you'll end up spinning or something like that. you have to balance the speeds as you head out this morning. no accidents or anything on the vine but it is a very slippery treacherous situation as is the case on all of the highways and the secondary routes this morning. so often we say just stick to the highways, they're just wet they'll be fine. that's not the case this morning. they're mostly snow covered and very slippery as are the bridges so the result not surprisingly are those speed restrictions in effect across-the-board here at our good buddy the ben franklin bridge its just 25 miles per hour at the moment. and already we've had a bunch of accidents as karen has been telling you. there's one here in jackson township along 195 eastbound at jackson mills, a vehicle ran off the road. good news is everything associated with that crash is off to the side. matt and tam. >> thank you matt for the update. >>> let's take you back
