people in eastern china are dealing with the effects of a storm. and residents in south korea and japan are now also feeling the impact of the same storm. robert speta tells us more. >> what we've been seeing out here is fung-wong tracking off to the northeast. the latest is fairly heavy precipitation taking place. in the past 24 hours nearly 487 millimeters have come down in the wake of that storm impacting those of you out into eastern china. making landfall monday night into tuesday. but now we can take a look at this and you have the center of circulation here. the bulk of the cloud cover is going off to the east. that's what we call wind shear. so right now, the center of circulation, that center line, that's not all that important. the bigger problem is all that cloud cover in the precipitation that's going to be coming out of this. because as we look ahead through the next 24 hours, on your wednesday, basically the southern half of south korea, as much as 120 millimeters could be seen. you have heavy rainfall warnings out here. also southerl
