a small prop plane went down in eastern kentucky. four people were killed. a couple, their 9-year-old daughter and the girl's teenage cousin. the 7-year-old survived and walked through the woods and knocked on someone's door. she was covered in blood with scrapes on her face and her legs. she only had one sock on and no shoes. the good samaritan says the girl was shaken up and couldn't what she said but he knew something terrible happened. >> i got an 8-year-old child myself that just turned 8 years old, a little girl and when i saw this -- appeared to be 7- year-old child that had walked through this dense forest and through some really tough terrain and awfully poor weather conditions and survived this. it is just really a miracle. >> the girl told the good samaritan that her mom and dad had died in a plane crash and that aircraft was hanging upside down. she was obviously in emotional distress and taken to the hospital with non-life- threatening injuries. >>> an 80-pound male mountain lion struck and killed by a vehicle on interstate 280 in san bruno. >>
