eye over that system over texas as it's moving up the gulf coast area and curls up toward the eastern seaboard. the question is how close to us will it come? that will determine whether or not we will see more snow. 47 degrees that is the high temperature expected today. really not looking that bad at all but we will feel chilly with that 15-20-mile-an-hour wind. candace dold has the track edge to let you know, candace. >> reporter: we're talking talg about trouble on 95 now. take a look at this, accident activity on the southbound lanes. it's right past whitemarsh boulevard and we do indeed have a bit of a congested ride moving toward the whitemarsh area toward the beltway. as for the congested no problems to report on bel air road. on southbound 95 it clears up, moving through baltimore from the fort mchenry tunnel down toward the beltway looking at an 8-minute ride at a nice and calm 55 miles per hour. and then speaking of the beltway, well, it's a slow go from 95 up toward 83 on the outer loop lanes. and the volume, just continues to build there right now at 14 minutes, 41 miles per hour.
